 Spirax safety valves are specifically designed for use on

 cost option for precise design specifications.
 Cast steel versions include models specially designed for
 boiler mounted configurations.

Moisture Separators

 Moisture is steam blocks heat transfer. In
 compressed air, it fouls your application. Our
 Spirax separators are a simple and effective
 way to improve both your processes.
 Installation upstream of pressure reducing
 valves and steam meters ensures accuracy
 and a long mechanical life.

 Pilot Operated Pressure Reducing Valves

 When pipeline pressure and control accuracy cannot be
 matched by direct acting valves, a low moving pilot
 relay can harness the pressure in the pipeline to achieve
 high closing force and close control. Our Spirax DP17
 series comes in several versions, depending on your
 need.
 
 The DP17E has an electric solenoid which allows for
 remote or automatic shut-off of steam supply. The
 DP17R allows remote operation though a compressed air
 signal to the diaphragm.

 The DP17T combines pressure reduction with precise
 temperature control of your process.

 Strainers

 One Spirax Strainer upstream of every trap,
 control valve, and flowmeter can save you a
 bundle in annual maintenance and wear & tear
 costs. Available in Y or T type designs, our
 strainers remove suspended grit from steam and
 condensate that would otherwise damage your
 downstream equipments; with no additional
 pressure drop.
